Recently there was this talk about Lord Shiva's face being seen on Google Maps. Is it true ? Why can't it be another photographic trick or sheer dexterous mixing / photo shoping in other words. This post claims nothing. It leaves it to the reader.
It failthfully reproduces the post by giving due credit to the source .
"All of us know Mount Kailash to be the highly revered mountain in Tibet that is prayed by Hindus, Jains and Buddhists alike. It is said that Shiva, resides on the Mountain and that is also the reason that the mountain is said to be impossible to climb. Recently, some pictures were captured by Google maps in which Lord Shiva's face was apparent on Mount Kailash, a place believed to be his abode.
It is said that Shiva still resides in Kailash and hence the pictures were said to be genuine. However, scientists believe that the pictures could have been a mere co-incidence. Also, they could have been photo shopped. Also, these kinds of pictures often get formed due to shadows by clouds, and changes in the levels of snow on the mountain peak.
Because of this too, the face could have resembled Shiva.
Whatever the real reason remained, the pictures went viral on social media.

No prizes for guessing from where the blackish lungs on the right come from - of course from Delhi ( and yes the lungs of an ordinary citizen , a non smoker ).
In this light , not merely Supreme Court's ban on crackers , Much much more is required .
As Dr A Kumar of Gangaram hospital says 'there is an undeclared Health emergency in Delhi.' Now this is not merely due to Diwali crackers on which the Supreme Court imposed a ban on 9th Oct 17 but the cumulative result of all sources of dangerous biospheric destruction that is collectively aggrandizing children and infirm / vulnerable people extremely rapaciously.
CAUSATIVE AGENTS
Of course Indian festivals are without ratiocination singlularly inane and splurge on irrational celebrations of filthy lucre without any care for the community health ; stubble burning of crop residues fin Haryana / Punjab , unending vehicular pollution, the endemic dust , smouldering fires at waste landfills all around the periphery of Delhi , the absolute environmental lawlessness in t he National Capital Region et al. just adds to the apathy of the bureaucratic mindless-less and their non-implementation of extant rules that already are in the rule book.
RESULTS
Are evident to anyone. Children and senior citizens wheezing / gasping for breath , the increase in respiratory illnesses , cardio vascular problems , increase in a variety of flu / contagious viral strains / fevers like chikengunia , Dengue , bird flu / swine flu and what have you - there is a general sense of unease . It's pretty well known that if you are cursed to live your life in Delhi , one shortens one's life span on an average by ten years. Could be more ... as no scientific studies have accurately measured.

Who would have thought travelling to outer space could be such a profound experience? OK, probably everybody, but these former astronauts really articulate it in a way that was just a little mind-blowing.
”You develop an instant global consciousness, a people orientation, an intense dissatisfaction with the state of the world, and a compulsion to do something about it. From out there on the moon, international politics look so petty. You want to grab a politician by the scruff of the neck and drag him a quarter of a million miles out and say, “Look at that, you son of a bitch.”
According to one of the worlds leading Biochemists, Dr. Otto Warburg “all normal cells have an absolute requirement for oxygen, but cancer cells can live without oxygen… If you deprive a cell 35% of its oxygen for 48 hours it may become cancerous.”
Dr. Warburg has stated that oxygen deficiency creates an acidic state in the human body, and it is this acidic state that allows cancer to form.
Biochemist Otto Heinrich Warburg, one of the twentieth century’s leading cell biologists, discovered that the root cause of cancer is too much acidity in the body, meaning that the pH, potential hydrogen, in the body is below the normal level of 7.365, which constitutes an “acidic” state.
Warburg investigated the metabolism of tumours and the respiration of cells and discovered that cancer cells maintain and thrive in a lower pH, as low as 6.0, due to lactic acid production and elevated CO2. He firmly believed that there was a direct relationship between pH and oxygen. Higher pH, which is Alkaline, means higher concentration of oxygen molecules, while lower pH, which is acidic, means lower concentrations of oxygen…the same oxygen that is needed to maintain healthy cells.
In 1931 he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine for this important discovery. Dr Warburg was director of the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute (now Max Planck Institute) for cell physiology at Berlin. He investigated the metabolism of tumours and the respiration of cells, particularly cancer cells. Below are some direct quotes by Dr Warburg during medical lectures where he was the keynote speaker:
“Cancerous tissues are acidic, whereas healthy tissues are alkaline. Water splits into H+ and OH- ions, if there is an excess of H+, it is acidic; if there is an excess of OH- ions, then it is alkaline.”
In his work The Metabolism of Tumours Warburg demonstrated that all forms of cancer are characterized by two basic conditions: acidosis and hypoxia (lack of oxygen). Lack of oxygen and acidosis are two sides of the same coin: where you have one, you have the other.” “All normal cells have an absolute requirement for oxygen, but cancer cells can live without oxygen – a rule without exception. Deprive a cell 35% of its oxygen for 48 hours and it may become cancerous.”
Dr. Warburg has made it clear that the root cause of cancer is oxygen deficiency, which creates an acidic state in the human body. Dr. Warburg also discovered that cancer cells are anaerobic (do not breathe oxygen) and cannot survive in the presence of high levels of oxygen, as found in an alkaline state.
