On the track of that elusive beauty - KANCHENJUNGA

Still not morning yet in Kalimpong... and the perfect time to get a glimpse of Kanchenjunga . No she did'nt show herself up ... what wrong have I done. On Three occasions this has happened in as many as 3 trips earlier - the 3rd highest peak played truant yet again. To be fair to her , she did give a fleeting glimpse some dozen years ago ... in Darjeeling

It then and even now remains a mesmerising moment ... I still remember it after so many years and that memory makes me return to this part whenever I can
